Being centered means being present in body and mind. We seldom take the time to truly unwind, let go and relax into the deeper dimensions of ourselves that lie just beyond the busy mind and body. You know this “place,” or at least have a memory of it. It’s a place deep inside that cannot be disturbed, a center of calm, unconcerned with the past, not looking into the future. Right here. Right now. “What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.” Oliver Wendall Holmes |
